CADASIL (Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy) is a rare, inherited condition that affects blood vessels in the brain, often leading to strokes, dementia, and other neurological symptoms. You can learn more about CADASIL and follow Jerry’s journey on Instagram at @CADASILCoach.
5. What is an ADU?
An Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is a small, independent housing unit built on the same property as a main residence. ADUs are often used for multigenerational living, caregiving arrangements, or as a guest home. In our case, it will be used to care for a loved one with CADASIL.
